A: Right here on the website! Select your favorite settings, your inclusion(s) of choice, additives, if any. Make sure you have the sizes correct if applicable!
♥How much milk is needed?
A: 15ml preserved at a time. This is enough for several small stones. You can make note at check-out to store left over, if any, upon request.
♥Where do I ship my inclusions to?
A: The below shipping instructions as well as the address to send to will be attached to your confirmation email that is automatically generated after placing your order. A: Not at all. I've used samples over a decade old and its been fine. As long as there is no mold, frozen, expired, left in the fridge, its good to use!

A: Not at all. I've used samples over a decade old and its been fine. As long as there is no mold, frozen, expired, left in the fridge, its good to use!

A: Standard TAT will remain at 10-12 weeks. Sometimes I am able to get out in HALF that though. Varies by amount of orders on the books and how long settings take to be produced and delivered. I will always do my best to get your keepsakes to you as quick as possible!
♥How long do I have to send inclusions in from time of purchase?

A: 1 year. I will hold settings aside for 12 months from date of purchase. Life happens, no need to rush. Turnaround time does start once received.
♥Does plated jewelry last?
♥Does plated jewelry last?
A: The short answer is no. Yellow and rose gold plating is gorgeous, but please remember it is only plated over the sterling silver and will wear thin exposing the silver over time. Plain silver is recommended if you want the color to last. Otherwise, solid 14k (Rose, yellow, or white gold) is a great alternative on keeping colored metals lasting.

MILK INCLUSION:
With preservation methods in place, a minimum of 15ml (0.5OZ) of breastmilk is required. Double bag milk with milk storage bags for best outcome. Please label milk bags with name and order number. Please do not send more than 1oz per bag, this will help avoid leaks while being shipped. Make sure milk is room temp before packaging to avoid condensation. Expired milk, frozen, fresh, etc are all okay to use for jewelry purposes. Package in a bubble mailer for extra protection! Can be shipped regular mail via your carrier of choice. Does not have to be rushed, will be just fine sent regular mail.
If you are sending more than one milk to be preserved, please make sure you added the extra milk preservation listing. If you did not, you can go back and order it and include this order number in your notes.
*Please note: the preservation method keeps the color of the original milk. If you send more yellow milk, you may notice your stone to be a yellow color as well. You may also see some milk particles. This is normal and varies by milk.
ASHES:
.5-1 TSP double bagged and labeled with your name and order number. This is enough for a few small jewelry items. Unused ashes will be returned with jewelry. UPS does not accept ashes. Some larger items (Knives, art, ornaments) may require slightly more.
HAIR INCLUSION:
If doable, hair locks are recommended to be 0.5-1in long and at least the width you would like in the stone with a thread tied around it, bagged and labeled. I can use what is sent though, just be sure to keep it in its own bag. *If you cannot tie a thread around it, please do not send loose in a bag. Fold in a napkin or foil to keep the hair contained.
PLACENTA CAPSULE:
1 capsule sent, bagged and labeled.
If it is not in capsule form, you can still send it a piece of it as long as it is dried out. I will grind it manually.
UMBILICAL CORD:
You may choose to send the whole piece or just a piece off it, I only need about a quarter of it. Can be used in a chunk or grinded. Will send the remainder back with jewelry.
FLOWERS:
Flower inclusions must be completely dried, any moisture will end up growing mold once bagged and shipped if it is not dried out fully. 1-2 petals bagged and labeled with your name and order number.
FABRIC:
Just a square of fabric bagged and labeled with your name and order number.
Please do not ship the last of your materials.
If multiple inclusions are being sent, after they are individually bagged and labeled, please bag together, use a paperclip, staple, etc. to keep them together. I always suggest getting tracking on your inclusions. Once received, usually within 48-72 hours, I will update the list with order numbers received pinned in the announcements of the group. Once order is completed and payment is processed, I cannot change your order. This includes additives, designs, settings, and sizes. Please triple check all is correct.

*Tips for caring for your keepsakes:
Do not submerge in water! Neither resin or sterling silver should be submerged in water. Resin is not waterproof and will retain moisture and can eventually break down over time. Prolonged sun exposure should be avoided with all epoxy resins & UV resins alike as it can cause discoloration and softening of the stones. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not wearing. Avoid chemicals such as lotions, perfumes, cleaning products and more. Regular upkeep to sterling jewelry with a silver polishing cloth is recommended. (It's like magic!)
Refund, replacement, and cancellation policy:
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, there is a 25% restocking fee on all items. If inclusions have been received, I cannot cancel your order.
Replacements:
Setting - If it has been longer than 30 days and you need a replacement setting (for any reason), there is a 25% + shipping replacement charge (excluding solid gold items). This does not include the price of a new stone.
Stone - if you decide you want to go a different route with your stone and do not need a new setting, there will be a $25 charge per item, plus return shipping.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items, I do not offer refunds.
SHIPPING INSURANCE - I offer insurance on all purchased. I highly recommend it.
